Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Psychedelic Integration Therapy: What Comes Next After A Psychedelic Experience?

If you're planning on participating in a consciousness expanding experience that includes the use of psychedelics, or you've already participated in an experience, it can be tough to figure out how to integrate what you've learned or what you're going to learn into your everyday life. Using psychedelics can cause profound, positive changes in the way that we think about life and the actions we choose to take. Using psychedelic integration therapy is a great way to use the information that you've gained through your psychedelic experience and put it into practice in your life. While I do not currently offer psychedelic assisted therapy, I may be able to add this to my scope of practice in the future.

If you're thinking about trying a psychedelic experience in order to expand your consciousness, you may be wondering how to prepare for an ayahuasca, psilocybin, ibogaine, or MDMA experience. These powerful, ancient medicines can work wonders for many people when it comes to spiritual awakenings, dealing with trauma, and healing from horrific life experiences. When you're thinking about participating in a psychedelic medicine ceremony, you may want to work with a professional therapist to talk about psychedelic preparation and integration therapy. Set-the participant's mindset, and setting-the environment you will be in, are of utmost significance for a beneficial experience. You'll want to know what to expect before your ceremony, and have your mind fully in the right place to get the maximum benefit from the medicine ceremony.

If you've already gone through a psychedelic ceremony, you may be questioning how to integrate all that you've learned into your daily life. Psychedelic integration therapy can help you work through realizations you had during and after your ceremony, and can help you understand how to take your experience and translate it into concrete actions to take to enhance your well-being. If you feel like you're overwhelmed with information and awakenings after your ceremony, you're not alone. Many people struggle with how to process all that they've learned during a psychedelic experience.

While I am not currently offering psychedelic assisted therapy, I am here to help you process your psychedelic experience. Reach out to Minds Bodies Souls today to learn more about how I can help.
